Cannock Chase Winter Classic - February 27th 2022
The Winter Classic MTB XC race was held at the Tackeroo Area of Cannock Chase on the last Sunday in Feb. This race series has been running for 9 years with a winter and summer round each year. A really well run and organised event that uses a very creative course that's great for beginners and seasoned racers alike.
It was brilliant to see the Peddlamaniacs Junior riders representing in both the Rogues and Storms categories. They all did brilliantly lots of effort and determination from the riders and it was simply amazing to watch. They even managed to bust out some smiles as they came past camera a sign that they were absolutely loving riding and racing MTB. Go Team Maniacs!!!
Incredibly proud of all the riders that took part. An amazing hoard of results and representation across the junior races - Well done Guys and Girls.
We also had Tom, Mark and Michelle representing in the Beginner, Fun and Enthusiast cat as well as some parents taking part also on the day which was great to see. So a massive well done to Deb and Jo taking ( part in the Female Fun Cat and Andy riding in the Male enthusiast cat.
A fantastic day and such a good team atmosphere too. Felt so good to be part of the the team orange n black and to be a Peddlamaniac.
