MTB Intro Sessions

A trial course of sessions for Introducing riders to off road riding was scheduled for Sept/Oct 2020. Originally posted in conjunction with a local club to encourage more people to give off road riding a go over the winter months.

The interest ion these sessions has been huge and numbers have been a healthy mix of MTB'ers gaining more confidence and techniques and also CX and Gravel riders also. The sessions have so far covered body positions and how to adapt to the off road terrain and use your weight and your bike to pump and gain free speed. We then progress

d the positions to Flow on the off road trails. The final session that takes place this Monday will cover riding trails as well as a touch of descents and shoots.
